Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead service in our hotel, ensuring friendly, efficient guest experiences. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will maintain high standards, manage F&B areas, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere across shifts.

The role requires flexible availability, strong team collaboration, and commitment to excellent guest service. Dalata offers internal development and exposure to senior teams.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel experience in a 3/4 star property is desirable but not essential.
• Experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate Food & Beverage service according to SOPs.
• Ensure timely setup and ongoing maintenance of F&B areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in F&B areas.
• Control heating, lighting, and music/TVs to create a comfortable atmosphere.
• Provide efficient and friendly service to guests at all times.
• Maximise sales through effective upselling.
• Complete daily SOP checklists to uphold staff training standards.
• Execute daily and weekly cleaning checklists to ensure high hygiene standards.

Reporting to the Food and beverage Manager, the Food & Beverage Supervisor will provide at all times a friendly and efficient service to the hotel guests.

What You Will Do:
