Job summary

The Victoria Hotel Galway is seeking a food and beverage assistant to start as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will have experience in a busy breakfast and lunch service and be confident taking and serving orders with a strong commitment to excellent customer service.

Key duties include taking orders, serving customers, maintaining high service standards, taking direction from the food and beverage manager and breakfast supervisor, updating stock variances, and covering bar shifts serving

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge about bar service.
