Job summary

Cork Golf Club is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Supervisor to help run the club's dining and events. You will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional service and quality standards for members and guests, and work closely with kitchen staff to coordinate timely meal delivery.

The role requires strong leadership and training abilities, a focus on staff development, and maintaining health and safety standards, with flexibility to work weekends during the main golf season.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Cork Golf Club.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, with proven experience in training and supervising staff. This role requires working flexible hours and weekends, especially during the main golf season.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring exceptional service and quality standards.

Take a proactive role in maintaining and improving member satisfaction, engaging with members, seeking feedback and identifying opportunities to enhance the food and beverage experience.

Train, supervise, and mentor staff to enhance their performance and ensure they deliver top-notch service to our members and guests.

Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals.

Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to ensure efficient operation.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining and service areas in accordance with health and safety regulations.
