Avoca Kilmacanogue is seeking a passionate Food and Beverage Manager to lead the F&B operation within our premium lifestyle brand. You will drive guest experience and revenue across restaurant, cafe and events, while leading a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Put the customer first, ensuring guest experience is at the forefront.
• Take accountability for all F&B operations, including restaurant, cafe and events.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue and reduce costs within F&B.
• Utilise personnel across F&B outlets to minimise payroll and ensure team stability.
• Manage day-to-day operation of the F&B outlets.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, licensing laws, health and safety and food policy.
• Address customer feedback with effective outcomes and development of F&B operations.
• Be fully accountable for all team members in recruitment and performance management.
• Develop and train staff on standards and procedures to ensure excellence.

Avoca is seeking a passionate and commercially driven Food and Beverage Manager to lead the F&B operation within our Avoca Kilmacanogue location. Key Responsibilities

• Put the customer first, ensure that the guest experience is at the forefront of what we do.
• Take accountability for all F&B operations, including the restaurant, cafe and events.
• Identify and act upon opportunities to grow revenue and reduce costs within the F&B department.
• Utilise personnel between all F&B outlets to minimise payroll expenditure and ensure flexibility of the team and optimise staff stability.
• Manage the day-to-day operation of the F&B outlets.
• Ensure compliance regarding food hygiene, licensing laws, health and safety and food and beverage systems in line with the company Food Policy & current legislation.
• Deal with customer feedback, ensuring effective outcomes and development of the F&B operation.
• Be fully accountable for all team members within the F&B department in terms of recruitment and performance management.
• Develop and train new and existing staff on standards and procedures, to ensure all staff are fully trained to be the best they can.
