Job summary

Avoca Kilmacanogue is seeking a passionate Food and Beverage Manager to lead the F&B operation within our premium lifestyle brand. You will drive guest experience and revenue across restaurant, cafe and events, while leading a team in a fast-paced environment.

The role demands a hands-on leader with a commitment to exceptional service, strong collaboration across departments, and the ability to manage operations and costs effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in the same or similar F&B role within a premium lifestyle brand.
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
• Ability to communicate and influence across all departments.
• Team player, proactive, customer facing and able to lead from the front.
• Ability to work under pressure and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Put the customer first, ensuring guest experience is at the forefront.
• Take accountability for all F&B operations, including restaurant, cafe and events.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue and reduce costs within F&B.
• Utilise personnel across F&B outlets to minimise payroll and ensure team stability.
• Manage day-to-day operation of the F&B outlets.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, licensing laws, health and safety and food policy.
• Address customer feedback with effective outcomes and development of F&B operations.
• Be fully accountable for all team members in recruitment and performance management.
• Develop and train staff on standards and procedures to ensure excellence.
