Job summary

The Central Bank of Ireland is recruiting a Compliance Associate on a specified purpose contract for 21 months in the IGD Division. The role sits at Bank Executive grade with a starting salary of €39,042, and new entrants commence on Point 1 of the salary scale.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in similar operational role.
• Analytical, decision making, planning and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of SharePoint and Excel would be an advantage; Irish language familiarity advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct administrative tasks to support the FOI team, including monitoring shared inbox and operation of the FOI SharePoint site.
• Undertake analysis when required, and/or draft reports in a timely manner for review by management.
• Support the Complaints Officer in coordinating and implementing the Central Bank’s Complaints Handling process and reporting compliance.
• Support the Governance Division in implementing the OLA Framework and provide guidance relating to OLA requirements.
• Develop and foster strong stakeholder relationships across divisions and external stakeholders to ensure objectives are met.
• Coordinate executive reporting, budget planning, monitoring and reporting, and procurement via SAP.
