Job summary

Dornan Engineering Group is a leading international engineering contractor delivering high-value projects across Europe, the UK & Ireland. Based in Kinsale, this is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Project Delivery Team as a Site Administrator, supporting the successful delivery of a key project.

This role offers flexibility and can be undertaken on either a full-time or part-time basis. You will provide essential administrative support to the Project Manager and site team, ensuring

Qualifications

• 2+ years in site administration or project administration
• Strong organisational and time management
• Excellent attention to detail and document control experience
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience managing records, reports and administrative processes
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
• Experience in construction or engineering environments is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain project documentation, registers and records
• Coordinate timesheets, payroll submissions and employee queries
• Maintain site trackers and project reporting requirements
• Update RFI, REQ, Technical Submittal, Drawing and Instruction registers
• Greet visitors and manage site access
• Book travel and accommodation for site personnel
• Raise purchase orders, process invoices and support procurement
• Coordinate training records, PPE tracking and staff administration
• Assist with quality, HSE and project completion documentation
• Take meeting minutes and provide general administrative support
