Job summary

Paddy Power, part of Flutter Entertainment, is hiring a Retail Betting Assistant in Ireland. You will welcome customers, help them place bets via terminals, telephone services, and in‑shop transactions, and promote our online and retail products.

Starting at €14.40 per hour, the role offers flexible shifts, opportunities to step up in the shop, and benefits including social events, pension, and staff discounts as part of our hospitality‑led team.

Qualifications

Customer-focused and proactive in a fast-paced retail environment.
Experience in retail or hospitality helps deliver great guest experiences.
Ability to promote online and in-store products to customers.

Responsibilities

Assist customers to place bets through terminals, telephone services, and in-shop transactions.
Maintain shop presentation standards to create an inviting atmosphere.
Step up and guide operations in the absence of the Shop/Deputy Manager.
Adapt to different situations while remaining customer-focused.
Fulfill social responsibility duties by following established guidelines.
Cross-sell retail and online products and inform customers about promotions.
