Job summary

Ballymascanlon Hotel & Golf Resort is currently recruiting for an experienced Bartender to join the Team. The hotel is a four-star property set on 130 acres of parkland and dates back to 833 A.D., offering a historic setting for weddings and events. You will work across bar duties, upholding service standards and promoting menu items.

Roles include mornings/evenings, weekends, and public holidays with Meals on duty and other employee benefits. Previous F&B experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility in working hours as role includes mornings/evenings & weekends, public holidays.
• Previous experience working in a Food & Beverage environment i.e. hotel, restaurant, bar.

Responsibilities

• To serve bar guests their orders promptly and courteously.
• To serve beverages at weddings and other evening functions.
• To accurately record guest orders and serve beverage orders.
• To ensure proper garnishing of drinks.
• To processes guest checks accurately.
• To maintain a clean and stocked work area with mise-en-place.
