Job summary

Matchtech are supporting a key client in Dublin for the recruitment of a Fleet Integration Lead on a contract basis. The role is for 9 months initially and onsite working.

You will lead the integration of onboard signalling, ETCS and radio systems into rolling stock, ensuring compatibility with infrastructure, telecommunications and operational systems throughout design, testing and commissioning. Deliverables include an integration strategy, vehicle interface management, ETCS/GSM-R/FRMCS

Qualifications

Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Project Management or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years' railway systems experience.
Recent experience integrating ETCS, train control and/or railway radio systems into rolling stock.
Demonstrable experience supporting design, testing or commissioning of onboard railway systems

Responsibilities

Lead the integration of onboard signalling, ETCS and railway radio systems into rolling stock.
Ensure compatibility with infrastructure, telecommunications and operational systems throughout design, testing and commissioning.
Own integration strategy and vehicle interface management.
Coordinate ETCS/GSM-R/FRMCS integration and design reviews.
Support laboratory and field testing and provide compatibility evidence.
