Carton House invites applications for a Fitness Professional to join our Spa & Wellness team. This role involves delivering group classes and personal training, maintaining high service standards, and promoting the fitness program across a luxury 5* setting.

The successful candidate will have a National qualification in fitness, a passion for fitness, and the ability to work flexibly. Experience in a health club environment and strong customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• National qualification in fitness, ITEC or similar.
• Passion for fitness and enthusiasm.
• Understanding of 5* health club operations.
• Flexibility with working hours and days.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a similar environment.

Responsabilités

• Present a professional appearance and attitude at all times and maintain a high standard of customer service.
• Provide a fitness program including group classes and personal training sessions.
• Deliver diverse group sessions tailored to the environment.
• Demonstrate techniques for all fitness levels.
• Deliver 1-2 personal training sessions.
• Promote the fitness program and increase participation.
• Ensure health and safety standards and advise on safe use of equipment.
• Maintain and repair gym equipment and keep the gym floor in excellent condition.
• Work independently and be proactive in assisting guests.
• Be flexible and assist with other duties as required by the manager.

We're currently hiring for a Fitness Professional to join our excellent Spa & Wellness team at Carton House.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present a professional appearance and attitude at all times and maintain an excellent standard of customer service.
• Provide a fitness program which caters for all guests incorporating group classes and personal training sessions.
• Deliver a wide variety of group sessions specifically tailored to the environment.
• Effectively demonstrate techniques to all fitness levels.
• Deliver 1-1 personal training sessions.
• Promote the fitness program and actively aim to increase participation.
• Ensure health and safety is to the highest standard and that guests are advised on the effective and safe use of all equipment.
• Take responsibility for the maintenance and repair of equipment and the satisfactory appearance of Carton Spa & Wellness Gym Floor to ensure the meeting of guest high expectations.
• Work independently and proactively provide assistance to all guests.
• Be flexible in your job role and willing to assist in all other duties, within reason, as requested by your manager according to training you have been given.

Key Requirements:

• National qualification in fitness, ITEC or similar

• A structured and organized approach to work planning, class and programme structuring
