Job summary

Shape Search & Selection are recruiting a Senior Project Manager for Dublin-based fit-out and renovation projects. You will lead on-site delivery, coordinate multiple trades and manage client relationships to ensure high-quality outcomes for tech, finance, and hospitality developments.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager in fit-out/renovation sectors.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and coordinate on-site activities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with architects, designers and clients.
• Experience delivering projects in Dublin or Ireland preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site activities, ensuring safety, programme adherence and high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate multiple trades (joinery, M&E, partitions, finishes) for smooth workflow.
• Attend progress meetings and act as primary contact for architects, designers and client representatives.
• Manage internal and external relationships professionally and with integrity.
• Deliver projects within deadlines and agreed margins.

Job description

My Client are a Dublin-based Fit Out and renovation specialist. They are in the top 40 Irish Contractors and regularly win awards for their projects but also for being great employers.

This business are renowned for producing high-end CAT A/B office refurbishments for various multi-national business that are located in or locating to Dublin. They also take on large-scale retail and hospitality developments.

The Senior Management team here are all very fair people that look to produce high quality workmanship. They have been a Client of mine for at least 4 years and I've not had anyone leave them so far which speaks volumes.

I am looking for experienced Project Managers for recently-awarded projects. These include a major name in Tech, Finance/Credit and several floors of a 5* Landmark hotel in Dublin City.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage and sequence multiple trades (joinery, M&E, partitions, finishes) to ensure smooth workflow.
• Attend progress meetings and act as a primary point of contact for architects, designers, and client representatives.
• Manage internal and external relationships professionally and with integrity.
• Deliver project within satisfactory deadlines and previously agreed margins.
