Job summary

Ramp Network in Dublin is seeking a Compliance and AML analyst to design, implement, and monitor Ramp Ireland's regulatory compliance programme. This second line of defence role reports to the Head of Compliance (Ireland) and collaborates with Legal, Compliance Operations, Support, Product, Commercial and Technology teams.

You will help maintain policies on conflicts of interest, code of conduct, whistleblowing and complaints handling, conduct monitoring, and provide practical compliance advice

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (not essential).
• 1–2 years of experience in compliance, risk, legal, or AML roles.
• Experience in a fast-paced start-up/scale-up environment preferred.
• Exposure to AML/CFT, financial crime, and data protection regulations.
• Understanding of Irish/EU regulatory landscape including GDPR.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of the annual Compliance Plan and framework.
• Assist in designing and updating key policies (Conflicts of Interest, Code of Conduct, Whistleblowing).
• Conduct compliance monitoring and assurance testing; document findings and remedial actions.
• Develop and deliver regulatory compliance training for staff; promote a culture of compliance.
• Perform regulatory horizon scanning and analyse impact of new developments.
• Assist in risk assessments; identify risks and assess mitigating controls.
