3D Personnel in Ireland is seeking a Finishing Foreman to oversee the internal finishes of commercial projects, ensuring quality standards are met and work progresses on schedule. You will report to the Site Manager and collaborate with subcontractors, trades, and suppliers on a day-to-day basis.

The role requires a proven track record in finishing trades, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on commercial projects.
• Trade background (carpentry, plastering, etc.) highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to interpret drawings and manage multiple trades on-site.
• Valid Safe Pass and manual handling certificates.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate finishing trades on-site.

• Monitor and manage snag lists and ensure timely completion.
• Liaise with the project manager, design team, and subcontractors.
• Ensure materials are available and delivered as needed.
• Maintain accurate site records and reports.
