Job summary

Top Tier Resourcing is recruiting a Finishing Foreman for a leading Tier 1 contractor delivering large-scale commercial projects in Dublin. You will take ownership of finishing activities, work closely with the Site Manager and subcontractors, and ensure high-quality finishes and on-time handovers.

The role requires coordinating multiple trades, supervising plastering, joinery, painting, and ceilings, while maintaining health and safety standards and keeping works on programme.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Finishing Foreman or in a similar supervisory role
• Experience working on large-scale commercial construction projects
• Strong knowledge of finishing trades, quality standards and snagging
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors and manage multiple trades
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ambition to develop your career and take on greater responsibility

Responsibilities

• Coordinating finishing trades, including plastering, joinery, painting, ceilings and flooring
• Managing subcontractors and keeping finishing works on programme
• Inspecting completed works, managing snagging and ensuring defects are rectified
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship, quality and health and safety
• Coordinating with the wider site team to resolve issues and prepare areas for handover

The Role
