Job summary

A premier Tier 1 Main Contractor in Munster / Cork is seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee finishing, general foreman duties, and site operations. You will lead site crews and subcontractors, ensuring high-quality concrete works and strict safety.

You will work with the Health & Safety team, plan and coordinate subcontractor activities, and monitor progress to meet tight deadlines. The role offers a salary of €60,000–€80,000 DOE plus benefits such as pension and bike-to-work.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a General/Finishing Foreman role within large-scale construction.
• Proven track record managing site teams and subcontractors.
• Strong expertise overseeing general concrete works, high quality compliance and site safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct all general concrete work activities and site personnel.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor subcontractor performance to meet schedule.
• Direct a large team of contractors and coordinate with the Site Manager.
• Provide progress updates and maintain written and verbal communications.
• Work with Health & Safety team to ensure a compliant, safe environment.
