Job summary

O’Neill & Brennan is seeking a Finishing Foreman for a permanent role in North Dublin. You will oversee finishing works, supervise subcontractors, and ensure quality, progress, and snagging are completed on time, coordinating closely with the Site Manager.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years’ foreman experience with a main contractor, strong finishing expertise, and excellent communication and organisational skills to meet tight deadlines and quality targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ foreman experience with a main contractor.
• Strong finishing experience.
• Good knowledge of construction methods and sequencing.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple trades.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and quality targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage finishing works and trades on site.
• Supervise subcontractors.
• Monitor quality and progress.
• Complete snagging and ensure timely close-out.
• Coordinate with the Site Manager and subcontractors.
• Ensure works meet programme and quality requirements.
• Maintain Health & Safety standards.
