STRIVE Search is seeking a Finishing Foreman for a key site near Clondalkin, West Dublin. You will oversee the final stages of the build, manage finishing works on site and ensure high quality and timely completion.

The role requires 5+ years’ experience as a Finishing Foreman on residential housing and apartment projects, with responsibility for coordinating trades and enforcing safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a Finishing Foreman on residential housing and apartment projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee finishing works on site, ensuring design, quality and safety standards are met.
• Coordinate subcontractors and trades on the finishing stages of the build.
• Carry out regular inspections and quality checks, addressing defects or issues as they arise.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed across the site.
• Manage purchaser snagging and support the team through final sale closing and handover.
