Job summary

John Sisk & Son Ltd seeks an experienced Finishing Foreman to manage internal finishes from first fix to handover across dry lining, fit-out and finishing trades on site in Ireland. You will coordinate subcontractors, review drawings and schedules, drive short-term programmes and ensure quality and compliance with project specs.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of construction management experience, strong communication skills and a third-level qualification.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience managing key stakeholder relationships.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and on-site activities.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with the onsite team including subcontractors, engineers, management, coordinating and managing all activities onsite.
• Planning and overseeing the site setup, ensuring facilities are in place prior to project launch.
• Ensuring HSEQS protocols are adhered to on sites at all times.
• Maintaining quality control procedures and reporting to Regional Director.
