Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of sales experience in a salary+incentive environment preferred.
• Six months of cash handling experience.
• Bachelor’s or relevant associate degree can be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with self-service banking.
• Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Build relationships to meet clients' financial needs and goals.
• Follow processes and comply with laws and bank guidelines.
• Manage center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls to drive client experience.
