Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a financial services administrator in Ireland to support day-to-day activities across the team, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely responses to client queries. The role emphasizes regulatory awareness, strong organisation, and clear written and spoken communication.

You’ll work with colleagues across the organisation, following internal procedures and contributing to client service standards, with opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

  • Fully or part QFA qualified with a strong understanding of financial services and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in financial services, administration, compliance or client support
  • Ability to keep information accurate and organised
  • Ability to explain information clearly in writing and over the phone
  • A practical approach to following process and meeting deadlines
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and business systems
  • A relevant financial services qualification, or willingness to work towards one if required
