Job summary

AIB is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Financial Crime Transformation team in Dublin. You will translate complex regulatory and business challenges into practical requirements, collaborating with Operations, Compliance, Technology and Risk to deliver strengthened controls and improved processes.

The role sits at the intersection of business and technology, requiring strong analytical capability and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within Financial Services, Risk, Compliance or Transformation functions.
• Requirements elicitation, business process analysis and documentation skills.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and managing complex stakeholder groups.
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead elicitation, analysis, validation and documentation of business, process, data and system requirements across Financial Crime transformation initiatives.
• Analyse current-state operating models, processes and controls to identify improvement opportunities and support target-state design.
• Develop high-quality business requirements, user stories, process maps, impact assessments and solution documentation.
• Support prioritisation and delivery of regulatory, operational and technology-driven change initiatives.
• Ensure requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle from conception through implementation and benefits realisation.
