Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a qualified accounting professional to join the finance function in Leinster. You will prepare monthly management accounts and statutory accounts, liaise with external auditors, and partner with Sales, Operations, HR and Payroll to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

The role focuses on payroll compliance, month-end close, and adherence to group reporting dates, with opportunities for development in a large facilities management group.

Qualifications

  • Accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) required.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, HR and Payroll.
  • Taxation knowledge including RCT.
  • Strong Excel skills and Power BI; knowledge of Dynamics is an advantage.
  • Aptitude for building relationships, influencing upwards and laterally, taking ownership of tasks.

Responsibilities

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
