Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd is recruiting a Financial Controller for an internationally branded hotel in Dublin city centre. You will oversee the hotel’s finance function, working closely with the General Manager and the Group Finance Team as part of a growing hospitality group across Ireland and the UK.

You’ll manage day-to-day financial operations, lead budgeting and forecasting, and partner with department heads to maximise profitability while maintaining strong controls and compliance with policy.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Financial Controller or Finance Manager, ideally in hospitality.
• Strong reporting, budgeting and analytical skills.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to turn numbers into insight.
• Organised, detail-focused and deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations for the hotel.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, reports and forecasts.
• Lead the annual budget and monitor performance against targets.
• Analyse revenue, costs, profitability and hotel KPIs.
• Manage cash flow, reconciliations, AP and AR.
• Maintain financial controls and compliance with policy.
• Support payroll accuracy and labour cost management.
• Partner with GM and department heads on profitability.
