Noel Group (Ireland) is seeking a Qualified Accountant to join our hospitality finance team in Dublin. You will handle financial reporting, management accounting, and controls across our hotel operations, reporting to the Group Financial Controller.

This role offers a clear progression toward Assistant Financial Controller and Financial Controller, with a base salary of €65,000 (experience dependent) and a benefits package. City centre location in Dublin is provided.

Qualificações

• Professionally qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent.
• Experience in hospitality or similar sector.
• Strong month-end reporting, reconciliations and controls.

We are partnering with a well-established hospitality group to recruit a Qualified Accountant who will play a key role in financial reporting, controls, management accounting, and business support across multiple hotel operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified finance professional to join a collaborative finance team and gain exposure to a broad remit within a fast-paced commercial environment. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the successful candidate will support financial operations across the group, with a primary focus on one flagship hotel while also contributing across the wider business. The role offers a clear long-term progression pathway towards Assistant Financial Controller and Financial Controller level.

Responsibilities Include

• Preparation and review of monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Completion of balance sheet reconciliations and month-end processes.
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis activities.
• Maintaining robust financial controls and ensuring data accuracy.
• Partnering with operational teams and supporting audit and statutory reporting requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent recognised accounting qualification).
• Previous experience within hospitality (or similar) environment.
• Strong financial accounting and management accounting experience.
• Experience with month-end reporting, reconciliations and financial controls.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Working and Living in Dublin – visa sponsorship not provided.
