Job summary

Harmony Accountants Limited in Dublin is seeking a Financial Analyst to build, maintain and improve financial models (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) for budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis. You will partner with business units to evaluate investments and cost initiatives, and support annual budget and quarterly forecast cycles.

The role demands strong Excel and financial modelling skills, clear communication, and meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

Financial Analyst required to work with Harmony Accountants Limited,located at 3 Harmony Court, Harmony Row , Dublin 2 , D02 VY52. Duties and Responsibilities:Build, maintain and improve financial models (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) for budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis.Analyse monthly results, variance drivers and key performance indicators; prepare management commentary and board packs.Partner with business units to evaluate investments, pricing and cost initiatives; present insights and recommendations.Support annual budget and quarterly forecast cycles; coordinate inputs and ensure data integrity.Perform ad hoc financial analysis, sensitivity testing and what-if modelling to support strategic decisions.Ensure compliance with Company policies and applicable Irish laws and accounting standards in all analyses and reports. Preferred Experience & Skills:Strong Excel and financial modelling skills; proficiency with BI/reporting tools is an advantage.Working knowledge of management accounting concepts and financial statements.Clear communication skills with the ability to simplify complex analysis for non-finance stakeholders.Attention to detail, ownership, mindset and ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment. Salary: €36,605 per annum. Hours: 39 per week.
