Superb opportunity for a financial analyst (part-qualified/finalist accountant) to join an established business in the heart of Dublin city centre.

Key responsibilities:

• Understand the financial drivers of large scale projects in the construction industry
• Assist with fee proposals
• Manage the project billing forecast
• Variance analysis of planned versus actual
• Issue sales invoices, debtor statements as well as debtors reporting
• Work cross functionally to ensure the accurate and timely capture of information

Key requirements:

• Part-qualified/finalist accountant
• Relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction/engineering/architectural/professional services industries
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
