Job summary

Osborne is partnering with a leading Top 20 accountancy and taxation practice to hire a Financial Advisory Manager in Balbriggan. This full-time, hybrid role offers 4 days in office with Friday from home and a salary of 55k-65k DOE.

You will manage corporate finance engagements from planning to completion, deliver due diligence, modelling, valuations, and support M&A and fundraising. ACA/ACCA/CFA or equivalent and 5+ years' experience are required.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in corporate finance, transaction services, audit, advisory, or investment banking.
• Proven experience managing corporate finance transactions from start to finish.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent understanding of financial statements and commercial drivers.
• Experience presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
• Strong project management and mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate finance engagements from initial planning through to completion.
• Deliver financial due diligence, financial modelling, valuations, and transaction reports.
• Support M&A, fundraising, debt negotiation, refinancing, and restructuring assignments.
• Prepare business plans, forecasts, and strategic financial analysis.
• Build relationships with business owners, management teams, financial institutions, and advisers.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members and support their development.
• Prepare proposals and support business development and new client opportunities.
• Contribute to growth of the Corporate Finance service.
