Barden | B Corp in Dublin West is seeking a newly qualified Financial Accountant (0–2 years PQE) to join the finance team on a permanent basis. The role offers exposure to end-to-end financial accounting within a group environment, with increasing focus on analysis, reporting and business partnering.

You will prepare monthly management packs, perform month-end close, support budgeting and forecasting, and drive automation and process improvements using ERP systems and advanced Excel.

Formación

• Qualified accountant with 0–2 years PQE or finalist with industry experience.
• Hands-on month-end close and reconciliations experience preferred.
• Confident with ERP systems and advanced Excel reporting.
• Self-sufficient, proactive, team-oriented with positive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare monthly management reporting pack for the group by deadlines.
• Complete month-end close, including bank reconciliations and balance sheets.
• Support quarterly budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Produce financial analysis and variance reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Partner with commercial and sales teams and drive process improvements.
