Job summary

Collen Construction is hiring a Financial Accountant for a hybrid role in Dublin. The successful candidate will participate in daily, weekly, monthly and annual reporting, support governance, budgets and audits, and provide cross-functional financial analysis across entities.

ACA/ACCA qualification is required, with strong Excel and communication skills. The role offers exposure to the full finance function within a dynamic construction environment, with opportunities to drive process

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced role and meet deadlines.
• Excellent Excel skills and analytical capability.
• Strong written and spoken English for stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Support daily, weekly, monthly and annual reporting processes.
• Assist with financial processes and controls across the region.
• Provide analysis on departmental spends and costs.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasts and audits.
• Support ERP and process improvement projects.
• Mentor and support the Finance Team and ensure timely reporting.
