HireIQ is recruiting a Senior Accountant for an industry opportunity based in Dublin, offering hybrid working. You will own key monthly and year-end reporting, contribute to commercial decisions and develop your career within the finance team.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA with 3–4 years PQE.
• Experience in financial reporting within industry.
• Strong Excel and ERP/accounting software experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly management accounts and reporting packs.
• Manage month-end close processes including journals, accruals and prepayments.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and resolve issues.
• Analyze performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Coordinate audit deliverables with external auditors.
• Support statutory reporting and tax compliance.
• Improve financial controls and processes.
• Partner with stakeholders on financial decision-making.
