Job summary

Barden | B Corp in Ireland is recruiting a Financial Accountant on a 6 month contract to strengthen the finance team in Kilkenny. The role offers exposure to monthly reporting, statutory accounts, and a fast-paced growth environment.

We’re looking for a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 1+ year PQE in financial accounting, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Occasional travel to West Dublin is required once a week.

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with 1+ years PQE in financial accounting.
• Proactive self-starter with strong drive and attention to detail.
• Highly organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across the business.

• Prepare monthly management accounts and statutory reporting across multiple entities
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations and ensure compliance with audit standards
• Support the year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors
• Deliver financial analysis and insights to support decision-making
• Contribute to process improvements and integration projects
