Job summary

Steering Point seeks a Qualified Financial Accountant for a 6-month contract in a hybrid role spanning Kilkenny and Dublin. The role offers exposure to management reporting, month-end close, audit, tax compliance, budgeting and treasury within an international telecoms and digital infrastructure business.

The package is around €70,000 plus a completion bonus of 10% of the annualised salary, pro rata. Initially six months with potential for a permanent opportunity; applicants based in Kilkenny,

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with hands-on experience in management reporting, month-end, audit, tax compliance, budgeting and treasury.
• Experience within telecoms or digital infrastructure sectors preferred.
• Able to contribute to systems improvements and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present management reports for senior stakeholders.
• Lead month-end close processes and ensure timely accuracy.
• Support external audits and tax compliance activities.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and treasury activities.

An exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant to join a growing, international business operating within the telecommunications and digital infrastructure sector.

This hands-on role offers excellent exposure to management reporting, month-end, audit, tax compliance, budgeting and treasury, with the opportunity to contribute to business growth and systems improvement.

Package: c. €70,000 + completion bonus equivalent to 10% of annualised salary, pro rata.

Location: Hybrid – Kilkenny and Dublin. This role will suit someone living in Kilkenny, Kildare , Carlow or West Dublin
