Barden | B Corp is partnering with a rapidly growing Irish business to recruit a Financial Accountant on a 6-month contract within their finance team. The role is based in Kilkenny with travel once a week to West Dublin as part of the duties.

You will join a team at an exciting growth stage, with progression opportunities and exposure to key projects. The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant with strong organisational and communication skills, ready to contribute to a high-paced finance

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA or CIMA.
• Proactive self-starter with strong drive.
• Highly organised with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across the business.

Responsabilités

• Prepare monthly management accounts and statutory reporting across multiple entities.
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations and audit readiness.
• Support year-end audit and liaise with external auditors.
• Deliver financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Contribute to process improvements and integration projects.

We’re delighted to be partnering with a rapidly growing Irish business to recruit a Financial Accountant on a 6 month contract within their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company at an exciting stage in its journey. Our clients offices are based in Kilkenny, while there will be travel one day a week required to West Dublin.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and statutory reporting across multiple entities
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations and ensure compliance with audit standards
• Support the year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors
• Deliver financial analysis and insights to support decision-making
• Contribute to process improvements and integration projects

About You

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
• A proactive self-starter with strong drive and attention to detail
• Highly organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across the business
