Summary of the role: We are seeking a proactive, solutionsoriented Financial Accountant who loves Excel, thrives in a collaborative environment, and enjoys partnering with nonfinance teams. You will play a key role in the organisation supporting both our fundraising team and clinical teams by providing clear insights, improving processes, and helping colleagues understand the financial impact of their work. We're looking for someone approachable, flexible and energetic, someone who brings people on the journey rather than enforcing rules from a distance.
