Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Program Manager in the Finance PMO & Enablement team based in Dublin. You will own end-to-end delivery of Finance transformation programs, coordinating cross-functional workstreams and governance cadences to drive measurable impact.

This hands-on role requires a highly organized, relationship-driven professional who can navigate a fast-paced, global technology environment and deliver programs from initiation to close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; background in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• PMP certification preferred; Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Finance transformation programs; from charter through testing and go-live.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans with milestones, dependencies, RAID and capacity inputs.
• Monitor progress, identify blockers, and escalate where needed to keep programs on track.
• Ensure delivery aligns with governance standards, templates, and operating model.
• Build strong relationships with Finance leads, IT partners, and vendors; drive governance cadences and status updates.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Finance stakeholders to gather and document requirements; ensure clear handoffs to IT/vendors; maintain documentation.
