Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Sr. Staff Technical Program Manager based in Dublin for a hybrid/remote role within Ireland. You will partner with engineering, product, design, marketing and analytics to run data-driven experiments and deliver mission-critical programs this fiscal year.

As a seasoned program leader, you will own executive-level communications, mentor junior TPMs, and help shape our tooling and processes to accelerate delivery across multiple streams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in engineering organizations leading complex cross-functional technical programs.
• 10+ years of software development experience with cloud storage and compute products.
• Experience with Service Oriented Architecture and Cloud Infrastructure.
• Ability to influence technical discussions and summarize outcomes and next steps.

Responsibilities

• Drive engineering programs forward using technical acumen and analytics.
• Identify patterns in information and take decisive action.
• Design and improve processes and tools powering program delivery.
• Build strategic partnerships with Product and Engineering stakeholders.
• Mentor junior TPMs and lead by example.
• Represent the program at executive level communications.
