Job summary

EY in Dublin is seeking a Manager for Finance Transformation (BPRA) to lead business planning, reporting and analytics initiatives. You will guide complex client engagements, shaping solutions and leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enable better budgeting, forecasting and performance management.

The role emphasizes leadership, client relationships and the ability to drive value through data-driven insights, AI enablement and integrated planning across finance and operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience designing solutions for complex multinational organisations.
• Multiple lifecycle implementations of Business Planning, Reporting or Finance Analytics.
• Proficiency in your market/sector and strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with client organisations to diagnose critical business problems.
• Lead cross‑functional EY teams to design and deliver technology-enabled solutions.
• Manage and coach high-performing teams in line with EY values.
• Deliver high-quality FP&A, reporting and analytics capabilities.
