Job summary

The Recruitment Company in Dublin is seeking a senior Application Support Lead to oversee a portfolio of enterprise applications with a focus on Finance systems and SAP. You will work closely with Finance teams and technology partners to ensure service delivery and continuous improvement.

You will manage incidents, drive improvements, and lead changes from requirements through testing and transition to BAU, including onboarding of new applications. A Stamp 4 and Dublin residency are required.

Qualifications

• Significant experience with SAP and Finance systems in enterprise settings.
• Strong ability to translate technical issues for Finance stakeholders.
• Proven track record in incident/problem/change management and continuous improvement.
• Experience leading application support or service delivery in complex environments.
• Comfort working with outsourced support teams and third-party vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day support and performance of enterprise applications, ensuring KPIs are met.
• Manage incidents, requests and escalations with effective root-cause analysis.
• Translate technical issues into business terms for Finance stakeholders.
• Direct third-party application support teams and ensure quality service.
• Own the Finance applications portfolio including SAP and related systems.
