Job summary

Sandvik in Ireland is seeking a Finance Process Improvement specialist who supports, analyzes, and continuously improves finance processes across business area Mining and the sales areas. You connect business needs, everyday users, and technology teams in a hybrid setup.

You will design and document end-to-end workflows, ensure compliance with policies, and drive change through training and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Education or practical experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience with general accounting processes across organizations.
• English proficiency required; process excellence training (LEAN or Six Sigma) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and continuously improve finance processes together with key stakeholders.
• Define clear end-to-end workflows, roles, making sure everything fits together across teams.
• Ensure finance ways of working comply with policies, guidelines, and internal controls.
