Job summary

You will lead the settlement team, nurture talent, and implement compliant policies while coordinating with Treasury, Tax, Legal, and other stakeholders across global units. Strong PM experience and learning agility are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in finance/project management, including leadership experience.
• 2+ years in financial team leadership.
• Led financial system implementations or finance transformations.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Treasury, Tax, Legal and other units.

Responsibilities

• System Design & Process Optimization: develop financial policies, procedures, and solutions with governance.
• Lead the settlement team, nurture high-potential talent, and enhance team capabilities.
• Establish fair incentive mechanisms to boost motivation and engagement.
• Foster a positive team culture to strengthen cohesion and belonging.
• Ensure policies comply with regulations and mitigate risks.
• Act as an expert providing technical support and training to the settlement team.
