Job summary

Fexco is seeking a qualified Group Finance Manager to join the Group Finance team and lead the monthly consolidation process, oversee the preparation of annual group financial statements, and advise on transactions with our Group Financial Controller and Strategy & Tax teams. Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent.
• Post-qualification experience in group financial reporting and multi-entity consolidation.
• Strong IFRS knowledge with hands-on experience in group accounting for business combinations.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated results for the group under IFRS.
• Present financial results to the Board and provide quarterly insights.
• Lead the preparation of the annual group financial statements and maintain group accounting policies.
