Job summary

Keenova Therapeutics is seeking a Finance Manager for a 1-year FTC in Dublin. The role reports to the Senior Director of Accounting for Corporate Finance and focuses on financial control, reporting, and governance across multiple entities.

Responsibilities include month-end close, statutory compliance, tax coordination, and management accounting. You will help drive controls, improve processes, and lead a team of qualified accountants in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar finance role.
• ACCA/ACA qualified and a degree in finance or business.
• Excellent communication skills and advanced Excel abilities.
• Ability to lead and coach accounting teams.
• Strong initiative and self-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly close, journals, balance sheet and P&L analysis, and intercompany eliminations.
• Coordinate statutory financial statements, tax returns, and audit queries.
• Prepare management accounts and scenario modelling with clear commentary.
• Maintain SOX controls and strengthen internal control framework.
• Lead a team of qualified accountants and develop capabilities.
• Engage with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Legal and external advisors.
