Job summary

Keenova is seeking a Financial Accountant to support Mallinckrodt Luxembourg and related Irish/UK/Swiss/German/Netherlands entities. You will handle financial accounting, tax filing, reconciliations, and audits, coordinating with internal and external teams.

The role requires GAAP knowledge (US/Irish/IFRS) and SOX controls, with exposure to tax reporting and statutory filings. Based in Dublin, the hybrid office location supports collaboration with global teams.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant ACCA/ACA with years post-qualification experience.
• Audit experience.
• Financial accounts and corporate tax filing preparation.
• SOX experience.
• US GAAP/Irish GAAP/IFRS experience (Luxembourg GAAP not essential).

Responsibilities

• Financial Accounting/Reporting for Mallinckrodt Luxembourg and Irish/UK/Swiss/German/Netherlands entities.
• Prepare accounting transactions/journals to meet deadlines.
• Prepare under US GAAP with local GAAP adjustments as required.
• Prepare Balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare quarterly analysis and reporting templates for consolidation/SEC reporting.
