Job summary

CPM Ireland is seeking a Finance Manager to lead core finance operations, ensure accurate reporting, and oversee month-end processes. You will maintain strong financial controls and drive continuous improvement across the business.

Reporting to the Finance Director, this role offers opportunities for professional development in commercial finance, revenue growth initiatives, and client profitability analysis as the business grows.

Qualifications

  • Fully qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years post-qualified experience.
  • Experience managing or mentoring finance team members.
  • Strong month-end and financial reporting experience.
  • Experience working with a Shared Services environment.
  • Excellent reconciliation and financial control experience.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation and review of monthly management accounts.
  • Ownership of the month-end close process.
  • Preparation of financial reports, analysis and commentary for senior management.
  • Review and approval of balance sheet and control account reconciliations.
  • Support the annual audit process.
  • Manage, coach and develop a small finance team.
  • Act as the key liaison with the Shared Services team.
  • Review outputs from the Shared Services function to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and process improvement initiatives.
  • Complete ad hoc finance projects as required.
