Job summary

Allied Talent represents a growing Dublin-based asset-backed business seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to drive financial control, reporting and FP&A. The role offers genuine ownership, working closely with the CFO and SLT to strengthen systems, controls and processes across the function.

You will graduate from outsourced reporting to an in-house, streamlined finance function, oversee a small team, and partner with senior leaders on budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent).
• Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and FP&A details.
• Track record of reshaping or building out a finance function.
• Ownership, process and structure with appetite to drive change.

Job description

On behalf of a growing, asset-backed business based in Dublin, who are currently reshaping and professionalising its finance function, we are looking to hire a Finance Manager.

This is a hands-on Finance Manager role with genuine ownership and real scope to build. You will take over financial control and reporting responsibilities from the business's current commercial lead, working closely with senior leadership to enhance systems, controls and procedures across the function.

The role blends FP&A with a structured, controls-focused environment. Financial packs are currently prepared by outsourced providers and reviewed internally, and you will play a central role in strengthening and refining this process.

Key Responsibilities:
