Job summary

Financefair is seeking a newly qualified accountant to join the finance team in Dublin. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you’ll deliver monthly management accounts, generate MI, and support budgeting, forecasting and process improvements.

This role offers broad commercial exposure, interaction with senior leadership, and hands-on experience with MI automation. Hybrid work with Fridays remote complements a dynamic, growth-focused fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Newly qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• MI and data analysis experience is a plus but not essential.
• Strong time management, flexibility and deadline orientation.
• Commercial mindset, numeracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication; confident presenting information.
• Curious about innovation and using technology to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive monthly Group Management Accounts with accurate, insightful reporting.
• Produce and enhance management information; work with tech to automate MI.
• Contribute to corporate financial forecasting and annual budgeting.
• Lead ad-hoc projects to improve decision making and efficiency.
• Oversee end-to-end Accounts Payable and weekly bank reconciliations.
• Assist with statutory audits and tax compliance obligations.
