Job summary

MyClubFinances in Galway is seeking a technically minded Finance Analyst with a Qualified Accountant credential to join the finance team. You will combine strong financial expertise with data, automation and AI to enhance reporting, analysis and decision making.

You will prepare monthly management accounts, analyse revenue and costs, support budgeting and cash flow planning, and help automate finance processes while collaborating across the business to drive commercial insights.

Qualifications

• Strong financial accounting and management accounting knowledge.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills with financial data experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts and financial performance.
• Provide meaningful analysis of revenue, costs, margins and key business KPIs.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning.
• Prepare financial information and analysis for senior management and the Board.
• Investigate financial variances and provide clear commercial insights.
• Work with large datasets and develop efficient reporting using Excel with analytical tools.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve efficiency of repetitive finance processes and reporting.
