Job summary

LMH Engineering Ireland is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to own the finance function as we grow. You will lead the bookkeeping team and work directly on accounts, performing reconciliations, month-end, and ensuring the numbers are accurate, including ownership of the MRP/ERP system that links operations and accounting.

You will foster strong financial controls, oversee VAT and payroll obligations, and support budgeting and board reporting, with a focus on job costing and improving processes

• Hands-on finance management experience
• Strong bookkeeping and month-end skills
• Experience with ERP/MRP and job costing
• Ability to build and strengthen financial controls

• Running the finance function
