Job summary

Barden, based in West Dublin, is recruiting a Finance Manager to own day-to-day controllership as the business scales. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will lead month-end close, statutory reporting, tax compliance and internal controls while guiding a small finance team through a period of change.

The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with at least 3 years PQE, solid Irish tax experience, and strong ERP proficiency (SAP preferred) along with advanced Excel and

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with 3+ years PQE in practice or industry.
• Strong Irish tax compliance experience and understanding of local regulations.
• Experience managing and developing a small finance team; ERP proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end month-end close, including management accounts and board pack.
• Lead statutory reporting and external audit relationships.
• Oversee Irish tax compliance (VAT, Intrastat, CT) and internal controls.
• Supervise AP/AR, cash forecasting, treasury, and FX management.
• Partner with operations, IT and commercial leaders; supervise finance staff.
